How We Help
Occupational therapy supports participation in the everyday activities that matter to your child and family.
Everyday routines
Dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding participation, and getting ready for the day. We explore what makes routines difficult and practice skills and strategies in meaningful ways.
Play, learning & movement
Fine-motor and visual-motor skills, handwriting, school readiness, coordination, and play. Goals reflect your child’s interests, strengths, and priorities.
Regulation & connection
Sensory processing, self-regulation, attention, transitions, and social participation. Caregiver coaching helps bring practical strategies into daily life.
In-home occupational therapy
Visits across Greater San Diego offer opportunities to work within familiar surroundings, using your family’s routines and everyday materials.
Teletherapy
Available throughout California when appropriate. Sessions can include caregiver coaching, guided activities, and ways to adapt the home environment. Out-of-state eligibility must be confirmed before scheduling.
Not sure where to begin?
You do not need to have all the answers. Tell us what you are noticing and which parts of the day feel challenging. We will discuss whether an evaluation may be a useful next step.
